– Attach a link to an external educational resource that becomes available to other users after making a voluntary donation.

The platform does not host or store educational materials but provides a technical infrastructure for publishing informational listings. All donations are voluntary and are not considered payments for goods or services.

1. User Responsibilities

Users confirm they are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. Users must not post false, misleading, infringing, or illegal content. 2. Donations

7. “CheckList” Consultation Service

Gig Souls offers a personalized consultation service called “CheckList” for users who have completed courses listed on the platform.

Service Overview:

The “CheckList” service allows users to choose one of three consultation packages (15, 30, or 60 minutes) at a fixed price. Consultations are designed to help users clarify complex topics, analyze tasks, review documents, and receive expert support related to their course.

Service Conditions:
• The service is available only after payment is confirmed and the user completes a request form;
• After payment, the user receives a confirmation email containing topic clarification questions, a field to provide a document or link for review, and scheduling information;
• Consultations are scheduled no earlier than 10 (ten) calendar days after the request;
• Communication is conducted exclusively via email;
• Gig Souls reserves the right to decline a consultation if the topic is outside the scope of available experts or if insufficient information is provided.
