How to Make Money on Redomiciliation – Interim Results

During the spring, we held a webinar focusing on the prospects of GDRs and shares of foreign companies with Russian assets. Securities rose both on the Moscow Exchange and in the external market in dollar terms, while the RTS index remained sideways. During this time, the expected law on redomiciliation was adopted, and many companies have already determined their prospects for moving to Russia or restructuring their business plans, although some have not officially announced them yet. One company has already fully relocated. We are talking about VK, and everyone who bought shares in the external market was able to exchange them for shares of the new JSC, which tells us about a successful example where everyone won, and the company became Russian and continues to operate and develop successfully. In the second thematic webinar, we will discuss the current state of affairs, temporary milestones, tax nuances, and securities with the highest upside potential.
