1. General Provisions
This policy outlines the rules for requesting refunds for donations and paid services offered on the gigsouls.com platform, including “CheckList” consultation packages. All payments made through the website are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
2. Donations
Payments made by users via course listings are classified as voluntary donations aimed at supporting authors and the development of the Gig Souls platform. As such, these payments are not eligible for refunds since they are not considered payment for a product or service.
3. “CheckList” Consultation Services
Paid consultations are offered as fixed packages (15, 30, or 60 minutes) and qualify as digital services. Refunds for consultation services may only be granted in the following cases:
– A technical error caused by the platform (e.g., duplicate charge or payment processing failure);
– The platform is unable to provide the consultation for internal reasons (e.g., no available expert).
Refund requests must be submitted to info@gigsouls.com no later than 48 hours after payment. The request must include:
– User’s name;
– Date and amount of payment;
– Reason for the request;
– Supporting documentation (if available).
4. Exceptions
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
– The user changed their mind after payment;
– The consultation took place, but the user was unsatisfied with the result;
– The user failed to provide the necessary information within 10 days after payment to schedule the consultation.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned within 5–10 business days to the original card or account used for the payment. The exact timing may vary depending on the processing speed of the user’s bank or payment provider.
