1. General Information
These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions carried out on the gigsouls.com platform. All payments, including voluntary donations and fees for consultation services, are made in accordance with these terms and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Nature of Payments
Voluntary Donations:
Payments made through course listing cards are considered voluntary donations and are intended to:
– Support the authors of educational content;
– Contribute to the development, maintenance, and operation of the Gig Souls platform.
Such donations are not payments for goods or services, and access to external educational resources mentioned in the listing may be provided as a token of appreciation, but it is not guaranteed or considered a purchase.
Consultation Services:
The platform also offers paid consultations under the “CheckList” service. Users may choose from the following packages:
– 15 minutes — €5 / $5
– 30 minutes — €10 / $10
– 60 minutes — €15 / $15
These payments are considered fees for informational and support services and are processed according to the terms outlined on the consultation page.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers supporting credit and debit card transactions. All transactions are secure and compliant with financial regulations, including PSD2 and SCA.
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, the user receives an email confirmation. For consultation services, this email will also include further instructions, a request form, and relevant scheduling details.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are considered final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a technical error or duplicate transaction. Refund requests must be submitted to info@gigsouls.com within 48 hours of the payment and must include payment details and justification.
6. Currency and Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) and US dollars ($). Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by their payment provider.
7. Fraud Prevention
Gig Souls reserves the right to cancel any transaction or restrict access to services in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Such cases may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
