The Magic of Selling Consultations
€ 7,80
Have you heard these statements before: “I can’t sell! I don’t want to sell! I don’t want to push it! If someone needs it, they’ll buy it themselves! I am an expert and want to focus on my work, not sales! Sales are all about manipulation, and I don’t want that!” Does this sound familiar to you? Personally, it resonates with me a lot. Some time ago, I thought the same way. And I decided that the solution lies in scripts. You take a list of questions from a reputable expert and simply ask them to the client, and at the end of the consultation, the person buys on their own. Sounds like a fairy tale. I tried it. It didn’t work out very well. Some strange and silly questions. And judging by the way the person looked at me, not only did I find the questions silly. In short, I felt foolish, and sales were zero. Bad script! That’s what I thought. I needed to find another one. And so it began. I attended various trainings, purchased different programs, downloaded new scripts, and tried to apply them in my consultations. Did this yield results? Yes, it did, but not quite as I wanted. I decided to find out what was wrong. Why do scripts work for some and not for others? Why does the same script work for one expert and not for another? How do you get rid of that silly feeling when you’re forced to recite memorized phrases and ask strange questions during consultations? And the main questions: How do you make the sales process during consultations comfortable and effective? How do you get target clients to buy programs without manipulation, pressure, and “squeeze”? As a result of analysis and systematization, I found the answers to these questions. I concluded that scripts are not stable and, most importantly, you can sell without them. Thus, the TECHNOLOGY OF SALES WITHOUT SCRIPTS was born. What does a consultation using this technology look like? You converse with the person in your familiar and comfortable manner, and in the end, they ask about the price of your program and how to participate. Sounds like a fairy tale? Honestly, I wouldn’t have believed it myself about 4 years ago. But my sales.
