Management: The Limit of Productivity

 10,46

This course will teach you how to build a process and business management system for scaling and maintaining maximum productivity (both your own and your team’s) over the long term. Gain knowledge, skills, and support for $300-$3000 from entrepreneurs whose companies have earned over $1 billion. Similar knowledge, not tailored for small businesses and stretched over 2 years, costs $60,000-$120,000. People create the value of a business. Marx wrote that capital is a form of added value created by the labor of hired workers. Without employees, an entrepreneur won’t become a capitalist and will remain self-employed. Most detached entrepreneurs remain there because they don’t know how to build processes and scale their business: “I need to buy more, then make prototypes, then send invoices, then manage customer chats, then…” — and wither away, struggling around zero. A good entrepreneur is almost always a bad manager because no one taught them how to manage. Learning to drive a car is simple. It has only one steering wheel and 2 (or 3) pedals — and even that takes 30-50 hours. People don’t have a steering wheel, no pedals… not even buttons. In a management course, we will teach you not only to efficiently maximize yourself and your employees (you still need to hire them!) but also to build effective business management so that KPIs, SLAs, and Kanban become a daily routine, not just fancy words in an interview. Management is just a skill, like sales or riding a bicycle. Our principles: 80/20 – 80% of results are achieved with 20% of skills. These are the skills we develop in our school in minimum time. Hard skills come first. “Successful success” — soft skills or motivational training and self-improvement programs can only help those who know how to do business, create a product, and sell it. We don’t like people who sell soft skills to those who can’t do business because it won’t help them. Skills over risks.
