From Entrepreneur to Business

This course consists of two parts: 1. How to free up more time and stop doing work that is not yours, by starting to demand. 2. How not to let the company spend the owner’s money, learn to protect and retrieve it without harm to the company “Time is money.” Everyone knows this saying. That’s why I combined them but kept them separated into two branches. So they don’t interfere with each other. To earn more money, you need to free up time. To free up time, it must be paid for by someone, so you need to take money out of the business. A constant vicious circle that we will break. All I need to give consists of two types: 1. Theoretical information. In most cases, any entrepreneur just needs to explain “how to do it right.” Most consultations are monologues of someone more experienced. There is no need to gather together and spend common time for this, so I have recorded 8 video lectures. They are like a handbook that will stay with you and be quickly accessible at any time. 2. Practical situations. Here, no theory will help. Because in theory, everything is perfect. And in life, everything is swift and not at all as the teacher described. In daily work, you need to know what to do, not why you should do it. So we will not dissect what I give in the lecture. In practice, we will deal with something completely different. We will act. Not to figure out how to do it, but to actually do it. Within strict boundaries. The same as those given to you by real life. To borrow money or not? You have 15 minutes to make a decision and provide a conscious justification. Not a week, not a month. 15 minutes. You will always have no more than 15 minutes for any decision. So, we will make real decisions quickly. And it will turn out that in all business decisions, we are guided by a small number of principles. More just can’t be held in mind.
