How to Protect Your Rights at Work
€ 13,59
This course teaches you how to negotiate with your employer for comfortable working conditions and get what you deserve. It may seem that the employer should be the one concerned about labor rights: after all, they organize the work, so they should abide by the laws. However, the employer primarily protects their interests, with lawyers, accountants, and HR specialists at their disposal. As an employee, you usually only have yourself and your knowledge. If you don’t know what to demand, you end up accepting discomfort, changing plans, or losing money. Protecting your rights at work is possible with basic knowledge of labor laws, as most labor disputes are resolved in favor of employees. The course will help you understand your rights and guarantees, even if you are not currently in direct employment relationships — for example, if you are job hunting or transitioning from business to employment. You will learn to negotiate comfortable working conditions, resolve disputes, and feel confident and secure. The course consists of six lessons to help you negotiate with your employer on equal terms:
