Financial Model: Practice

During the workshop, you will learn how to create financial models and turn this skill into a service to make money. The workshop is designed specifically for financiers who provide services to entrepreneurs. Although entrepreneurs themselves can also come to understand how to create a financial model for their business. Workshop Program: Day 1: Financial model. We will thoroughly familiarize ourselves with the tool, show scenarios of its use, and analyze the technology of composition for various business sectors. We will also provide templates of financial models for you to use as a guide. Day 2: Selling the financial model. Okay, you’ve learned how to create a financial model — but what now? We will discuss how to find entrepreneur clients, communicate the value of the tool to them, and sell at a price comfortable for you. Day 3: Presentation of the financial model. When you create a financial model, it is crucial to present it correctly to the entrepreneur. They should understand how and why to use it, and what all those numbers mean for their business. Therefore, we will dedicate an entire session to effective presentation and translating from finance to entrepreneurship.
